Bark Buster - Stop Nuisance Barking Around Your Home

Bark Buster has been designed to solve problems with neighbouring dogs barking. If your neighbours do not take action, take it upon yourself to solve that noise which is driving you mad. It provides three ranges of selectable frequencies High, Medium and Low for dog barking control. The sound sensor activates the device once the dog starts to bark and automatically switches itself off.

The unit uses a 12v DC adaptor which can be used with your electric wall outlet. Other countries apart from the UK will need an adaptor.

The unit covers an oval area approximately 15 metres wide x 24 metres long. Buildings and dense shrubbery may block the sounds. Aim the unit to face the area protected. For lawns and low shrubbery place the unit 0.5m to 1m above the ground. If the area has heavy foliage, you will get better results by placing the unit higher, from 1.5m to 2m above the ground aiming the unit downwards slightly. Aggressive techniques such as changing the location and angle of the unit as well as changing the frequency setting for several weeks usually will increase the repelling effectiveness of the unit.

Bark Buster can be installed just about anywhere as long as it is pointed or orientated to cover the area that needs protection. For example, the unit shielded with plastic cover  can be hung under eaves, attached to walls, outbuildings or posts. Note that the speaker projects sounds in one direction and therefore the unit should be placed at or near the ear level of the animals you want to repel. We suggest that you place the unit about 0.3m above ground level for repelling dogs. A large garden area with dense foliage may need more than one unit for full protection.

Please note that some people will be able to hear the unit at its Medium or Low setting, you can change the setting to frequency High.

IMPORTANT: People must avoid direct exposure with the unit at distances closer than eight metres to avoid a possible risk of discomfort.
